The logo is now on the building and we keep moving forward. We just picked up our 14 foot reefer truck for ice cold keg deliveries, the chiller and boiler are piped for start up, and the plumbing inspection is Tuesday, so keep your fingers crossed.
Our yeast is currently being propagated for batch one and we registered for our first beer competition, the World Beer Cup. The Velvet Hammer and Great Scot! will be the first two offerings and we hope to have beer in bars before the year is over. We found our host for the first keg tapping, but won’t let the cat out of the bag on that just yet. Look for news on when and where soon.
