Crunch time!

All kinds of goings on this week trying to get ready to brew. Electrical inspection, arrival of malt, hops and cleaning chemicals, grain room finished, TTB approval of Velvet Hammer labels, obtained tap handles, boiler room piped, chemical cabinet built, PBC glassware ordered, cabinets for glassware built, tasting area flooring complete, bathrooms updated and finished, and more. Plumbing inspection, glycol and boiler start up, and passivation of brew vessels up next. Then it's brew time!
