Up and Running!

State approval of the boiler, check...boiler started up, check...keg delivery truck painted, check...brewhouse cleaned and tanks passivated, check.  Tomorrow we clean and passivate the fermenters and brite tank.  Next is the water boil and we'll brew batch one of the Velvet Hammer next week.  Finally!
