Inaugural brew is 2011 history

Brew day one is in the books.  The Velvet Hammer is in Fermenter 1 right now. There is still a ton to do, but it's great to finally brew.
Thanks again to Michael Melder, brew volunteer #2.  You guys sure have made the work day easier and it's appreciated.
